Minimum Qualifications:

• NP or PA - Prefer Occupational Health Experience, or provider with ER/urgent care experience also considered must provide US citizenship for client badging.

• Active NP or PA license in CA

• 2+ years of occupational health or provider with ER/Urgent Care experience
